About the One Shot One Dream Show

Committed to exposing young talented American soccer players to the world, International Soccer Star F.C., the independent international traveling amateur soccer club, and the producers of One Shot One Dream are in search of players that will do anything to play professional soccer abroad. The roster will include athletets from club and college, to the undiscovered, to the recent immigrant looking for their big break. Players will attend a combine in Southern California where they will be put through intense mental and physical challenges. After the soccer hopefuls are selected, the players will train and live together for three weeks in sunny Southern California during the summer prior to departure for Europe.

Once the team has finished the training camp, they will live out their dream as professional soccer players in Europe, hitting the road on a 14-day glimpse into soccer madness, fame, and good times. You will see players reveal their true intentions for joining the team as they battle for starting positions, while also enjoying the limelight and glitz of a professional soccer career in Europe.  For many, the pressure and the harsh political realities of making a career out of soccer will either break their will to continue or make them stronger.

In 2006, Christopher Roselli signed his first professional European contract. The following year, two more players signed professional contracts to play in Europe. Anthony Ramirez, 22, of Anaheim and Sam Allen, 26, of Mission Viejo, both midfielders, join F.K. Decic of Montenegro's First Division.

One Shot One Dream's 2008 season took place in Montenegro where the team played against 5 professional clubs, that included one champions league team and one UEFA cup team. Six players were offered trials and three were offered professional contracts. Imad Id-deen, Kyle Torrianni, Randy Poggio, Albert Racca, Maurice Hughes and Matt Tracy all received trials while only Albert Racca, Maurice Hughes, and Matt Tracy were offered contracts.

The 2009 season took place in the beautiful country of Croatia where the team matched up against 5 professional clubs, that included one champions league team and one EUROPA cup team. Along the way six players were offered trials and two, Anthony Burrola and Patrick Barton, received professional contracts.

In June of 2010, producers again will search for players who represent the future of soccer. It will be solely up to players to see if they got what it takes to get a professional contract in Europe.

One Shot One Dream was created by Esad Pepic and Dominic Fratantaro and is an E.D. United production.
